Gold Design Planning

Designed for the couple who has already obtain many of the basic design elements and reserved the necessary rentals for their event but just need someone to help them pull the design concept together and set-up and breakdown.

  • Up to two hour face-to-face initial consultation to discuss your vision
  • Develop or help you refine a unique design concept for the event space for your big day
  • One visit of the space for detailed design assessment and to assess limitations
  • A one hour follow-up consultation on design concept, theme and execution planning for the space
  • Set-up and breakdown of space

Platinum Design Planning

For the busy couple that wants to see their ideas and vision come to life, but allow us to handle every single detail from start to finish, including the day-of-coordination.  We will design your event so everything is cohesive and just the way you envisioned it. The possibilities are endless when designing your event.

  • Develop a unique one-of-a-kind comprehensive design concept for the event space for your big day
  • Provide unlimited phone and email consultation on design execution
  • Up to four meetings to create a concept and theme for the space
  • Up to two site visits of the space for detailed design assessment and to assess limitations
  • Work closely with the Wedding Coordinator and other vendors to ensure cohesiveness of design in all areas of the event (floral, caterer, cake design, invitations, placement of musicians and other vendors to ensure design flows through all element during day of event)
  • Order / obtain design items needed to execute design
  • Negotiate rental prices with vendors such as floral, linen rentals, etc.
  • Arrange delivery and pick-up of rentals necessary for designs
  • Execute design on day of event and/or day before
  • On hand up to 5 hours during event to trouble shoot, if desired
  • Set-up and take-down of design elements
  • Return personals to newlyweds, and rentals to vendors

(Pricing does not include cost of a la carte items such as invitations, decorations, graphic design, floral designs, rental items such as linen,  lighting, and rental of specialty items for the ceremony and reception, set-up/breakdown of tables and chairs)

  • Handling of your RSVPs (can include receiving and tracking your RSVPs)
  • Candy Buffets
  • Custom Table Top cards
