Full Service Planning
The Full Service is for the busy couple that wants to relay their ideas and vision, but allow us to handle every single detail from start to finish, including the day-of-coordination. We will design your event so everything is cohesive and just the way you envisioned it. We handle all the details and leave you to enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime day! We are committed to you – this is your day!
- One hour pre-planning meeting on site. This meeting takes place as soon as you book with us to help point you in the right direction of your planning process 5 hours of consultation (face to face meetings).
- Unlimited consultation through email & phone contact.
- Create and track budget throughout the planning process.
- Attend all vendor meetings.
- Assist with ceremony & reception location selection.
- Assist with wedding menu & beverage selection.
- Assist with guest list & seating arrangements.
- Track payments & due dates for vendor. Distribute final payments due to vendors on the day of the event.
- Dress selection assistance/tux assistance.
- Hair & Make up trials & appointments.
- Oversee ceremony and rehearsal planning.
- Provide save the date, place-cards, menu and seating chart assistance.
- Customized, comprehensive itinerary (detailed timeline to ensure the event flows accordingly).
- Assist with personalized wedding website/domain for couple to share with guests.
- Detailed floor plans and layouts of the event space.
- Assist with arrangements for bridal party transportation.
- Provide vendor recommendations, selection and contract negotiations, confirmation (floral, linens, etc.).
- Coordinate hotel & transportation for out of town guests.
- Collect all gifts and small items and loading into the proper vehicles at the end of the event.
- Have on hand essential emergency kit on day of event.
- Up to 12 hours of lead coordination time on Wedding Day. Up to 8 hours for one assistant coordinator on day of event.

Partial Planning Service
The Partial – Custom Package is perfect for the couple who has already booked the venue and want to be more involved in the planning of their wedding, but need assistance in getting everything coordinated. We can save you a lot of valuable time and money by providing partial wedding planning services. This package does not include the design service, but can be added on separately.
- Three face-to-face planning sessions/meetings.

- Vendor confirmation to ensure details are finalized.
- Attend any three vendor meetings.

- Coordination of personal items on wedding day.

Month of Planning
The month of Coordination is for the couple who is planning their own wedding but wants a professional on the “Day Of” their wedding to manage their wedding day for them so that they are stress free to enjoy their day to the fullest. This should be booked with us 4-6 weeks before the event. We will contact all of your vendors and make sure nothing has slipped through the cracks. We will also provide your day-of-coordinating from start to finish. This package does not include the design package.

- Three Meetings to discuss logistics & set up either in person or on the telephone.
- Attend Final Walk through at your venue.
- Customized Wedding day timeline and schedule.
- Detailed checklist to keep you on track with your planning.
- Vendor coordination and confirmation.
- Point-of-contact for all vendors during ceremony and reception.
- Distribute vendor payments on wedding day.
- Manage and schedule all vendor set-up and deliveries.
- Set up ceremony & reception as per client’s requirements (guest book, favors, ceremony site).
- Processional and recessional coordination.
- Collection of decor one week prior for set up at venue(s).
- Pack up of all personal items, gifts etc. for safe keeping.
- Bridal emergency kit.
